Hector Rodriguez — President

Hector John Rodriguez is the President of Specialized Testing and Construction, Inc. (STC), an SBA 8(a) Certified Design-Build General Contractor based in DFW, Texas. Raised in nearby Burleson, Hector earned his degree in Business Administration and MBA from Howard Payne University before building a career grounded in hard work and results.

Before founding STC, Hector served as Director of Operations for Waste Management, where he managed large-scale operations and logistics teams. That experience shaped his approach to running STC today, a company built on accountability, efficiency, and getting the job done right the first time. Under his leadership, STC has become a trusted design-build partner for federal agencies and military installations, delivering secure, SCIF and ICD 705–compliant facilities from concept to completion across the United States.

When he is not working, Hector John enjoys cooking with his daughter, Harper, and spending time with his wife, Magan.
